Orange Steamed Cake



Ingredient A:

80 g caster sugar
60 ml squeezed orange juice
60 ml melted salted butter (room temperature)
2 egg yolks


Ingredients B:

Whipped soft peak 2 egg whites

Ingredients C:

Sieved all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

Mix A + B + C

Steam in high boiling water for 40 mins.
